Kosugi’s Hot Pot Plan

地肉たっぷり!あか牛を使った小杉鍋

This plan includes one night’s stay with two meals, featuring abundant local ingredients.
Start your meal with the local specialty, horse sashimi, and choose your main course from five different hot pot dishes.
Relax and enjoy precious moments with your loved ones in a serene, private setting, complete with your own private hot spring bath.

You can choose your main course from the following five types of hot pot dishes.

◎Sukiyaki (Akaushi Beef)

Enjoy sukiyaki made with locally raised Akaushi beef.
The tender, carefully selected Akaushi beef melts in your mouth, releasing its rich, sweet marbling.
Enjoy it together with our chef’s secret sukiyaki sauce.

◎Shabu-Shabu (Akaushi Beef & Pork)

Enjoy shabu-shabu made with locally raised Akaushi beef and Higo Asobi Pork from Kumamoto Prefecture.
The finely textured, tender Asobi Pork, rich in flavor and sweetness, is served with the chef’s specially crafted, rich sesame sauce and ponzu(citrus soy sauce) for a delightful dining experience.

◎Mizutaki (Chicken)

Enjoy mizutaki made with Oaso Dori.
This simple yet deeply flavorful dish features a rich chicken broth simmered slowly over time, paired with tender, umami-packed Oaso Dori raised in the lush natural surroundings of the region.

◎Vegetable Hot Pot (Tomato-Based)

Enjoy a vegetable hot pot made with fresh vegetables delivered directly from local farmers.
Using produce grown with the pristine water of the Aso Mountains, this dish features a refreshing yet rich tomato broth crafted with the chef’s special touch.

◎Mille-Feuille Hot Pot (Pork)

Enjoy our signature mille-feuille hot pot, made with plenty of Higo Asobi Prok from Kumamoto prefecture and fresh vegetables from local farmers in Kumamoto.
Delight in the exquisite harmony of Higo Asobi Prok from Kumamoto prefecture. and flavorful vegetables from local farmers, all brought together in the chef’s special broth.
