Akame Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) hereby establishes this Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) regarding the handling of personal information of users in connection with the services provided on this website (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”).

- Notwithstanding the preceding paragraph, the following cases shall not be deemed provision to a third party:
- When the Company entrusts the handling of personal information, in whole or in part, to a third party within the scope necessary to achieve the purpose of use.
- When personal information is provided due to business succession through merger or other reasons.
- When personal information is jointly used with a specific party, provided that users are notified or made aware of the items of information jointly used, the scope of parties sharing the information, purpose of use, and the party responsible for managing the information.

In such cases, the Company shall promptly notify the individual of the decision. A fee of JPY 1,000 per request shall apply.

- If disclosure may significantly hinder proper execution of the Company’s business.
- If disclosure would violate any applicable laws.
- Non-personal information, such as history or attribute data, will generally not be disclosed.
Article 7 (Correction or Deletion of Personal Information)
- Users may request correction, addition, or deletion (“Correction, etc.”) of their personal information held by the Company if it is found to be inaccurate, in accordance with procedures prescribed by the Company.
- Upon receiving a request, the Company shall promptly make corrections if it deems the request appropriate.

Article 8 (Suspension of Use of Personal Information, etc.)
- Users may request suspension of use or deletion (“Suspension, etc.”) of personal information if it is being used beyond the scope of the stated purpose or was obtained by improper means. The Company shall promptly conduct necessary investigations.
- Based on the results of such investigation, the Company shall promptly take necessary action if it deems the request appropriate.
- The Company shall promptly notify the user whether the requested Suspension, etc., has been carried out or not.
- If suspension is difficult due to excessive cost or other reasons, the Company shall implement alternative measures necessary to protect the rights and interests of the user.
Article 9 (Changes to Privacy Policy)
- The Company may amend this Policy without notice to users, except where otherwise provided by law or this Policy.
- Unless otherwise specified by the Company, the amended Privacy Policy shall take effect upon posting on the website.
