Accommodation

  • What are the check-in and check-out times?

    Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM.

  • When does the cancellation fee apply?

    Cancellation fees apply starting 7 days before your stay
    No-show, same day, or no prior notice: 100% of the stay
    1–3 days before: 50% of the stay
    4–7 days before: 30% of the stay

  • Is smoking allowed in the rooms?

    All guest rooms and indoor areas are non-smoking.
    Designated smoking areas are available near the front entrance and in the glamping area.

  • What amenities are provided in the guest rooms?

    Guest rooms are equipped with a toothbrush set, razor, comb, face towel, bath towel, yukata, hair dryer, and more.

  • Is the facility wheelchair accessible?

    Currently, there are no ramps installed throughout the property.
    Our staff will assist as much as possible to help guests with mobility needs.

  • Are pets allowed?

    We are sorry, but pets are not permitted on the premises.

  • Are credit cards accepted?

    We accept JCB, VISA, MasterCard, and American Express.

  • Is group use available?

    Yes, group stays are welcome.
    For stays with meals, we can accommodate up to about 15 guests in the dining area.

  • Are same-day reservations available?

    Same-day reservations are generally not available.
    Reservations are normally accepted up to three days in advance, but depending on the plan, we may be able to accommodate reservations the day before.

  • Until what time is check-in possible?

    The latest check-in time is 6:00 pm.
    However, if you inform us in advance that you will be arriving later, exceptions can be made.

Facilities

  • Is Wi-Fi available?

    Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.
    Please feel free to ask our staff if you have any questions.

  • Are there vending machines?

    There are no vending machines inside the main building.
    However, a vending machine with drinks is available near the glamping area.

Meals / Restaurant / Bar

  • Do you accommodate food allergies?

    We will do our best to accommodate any food allergies.
    However, due to ingredient preparation and ordering requirements, please inform us at the time of reservation or at least five days in advance, and we will make the necessary adjustments.

  • Is private dining available?

    We do not have private dining rooms.
    All meals are served in the dining area.

Bathing / Hot Springs

  • What are the hours for the private hot spring baths?

    Each session is 50 minutes and requires a reservation.
    Each group may use up to two sessions in the evening and one session in the morning.
    Please note that availability may vary depending on the reservation status.

  • Are day-use hot springs available?

    The hot spring is also available for day-use.
    Day-use bathing may be unavailable on certain days.
    We kindly ask that you call in advance to confirm availability.

Access / Other Information

  • Is transportation available?

    ・Free shuttle service:From Sansou Kosugian to the Kurokawa Onsen bus stop.
    ・Paid one-way transportation (15,000 yen): From Sansou Kosugian to
    JR Kumamoto Station (approx. 100 minutes)
    Aso Kumamoto Airport (approx. 80 minutes)
    JR Hakata Station (approx. 90 minutes)
    Fukuoka Airport (approx. 90 minutes)

  • Do you have any indoor games?

    We provide a selection of indoor games that families and friends can enjoy on rainy days or in the evenings.
    Please note that the number of games is limited, but we hope they help you enjoy a pleasant and fun time.
