Lodging Terms and Conditions
Article 1 (Application of the Terms and Conditions)
- These Terms and Conditions apply to all actions taken by users when utilizing the accommodation reservation service (hereinafter referred to as the “Reservation Service”) provided and operated by the Company as part of its “Member Services.” By using the Reservation Service, users are deemed to have agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
- In the event that the Company provides any notices, cautions, or other instructions (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Notices”) on the Reservation Service, such Notices shall constitute a part of these Terms and Conditions.
- The Company shall deem the user to have agreed to these Terms and Conditions upon the user’s use of the Reservation Service.
- The Reservation Service is one of the Member Services provided by the Company. Any matters not stipulated in these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the “Member Services Terms of Use.” In the event of any inconsistency or conflict between these Terms and Conditions and the Member Services Terms of Use, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
Article 2 (Definition of the Reservation Service and Formation of Accommodation Contracts)
- The Reservation Service refers to a service that enables users to make reservations, via the Internet, for guest rooms that have been pre-registered by the Company

When a user submits a reservation request for a guest room via the Internet, an assigned “reservation number” is issued through the Company’s computer system. The accommodation contract between the Company and the user shall be deemed established at the moment this reservation number is displayed on the Reservation Service screen.
However, even if, due to communication issues, computer malfunctions, or other circumstances, the “reservation number” is issued but does not appear on the user’s computer screen, the accommodation contract shall be deemed established once the user is able to confirm the reservation details using the Company’s “Reservation Inquiry/Change/Cancellation” function. -
In the case described in the preceding paragraph, the Company shall send a “Reservation Confirmation Email” containing the reservation number to the email address designated by the user in advance, as evidence of the formation of the accommodation contract.
Notwithstanding this, even if the user is unable to receive the Reservation Confirmation Email due to communication issues or errors in the email address not attributable to the Company, such circumstances shall not affect the formation of the accommodation contract. - Once the accommodation contract is established in accordance with this Article, the user shall be deemed to have agreed to assume any obligations, including the payment of cancellation fees, as separately determined by the Company.
Article 3 (Accommodation Fees under the Reservation Service)

Users acknowledge that information regarding room availability and accommodation fees provided by the Company may differ from information provided through other media.
The accommodation fees provided by the Company include consumption tax, but service charges and other taxes (e.g., bathing tax, hotel tax) may or may not be included. - Users acknowledge that accommodation fees provided by the Company are subject to change.
Any changed fees shall apply only to users whose accommodation contracts are established after such changes, while users whose contracts were established prior to the changes shall be subject to the fees applicable at the time of contract formation. -
If the accommodation fee changes after the formation of a contract and the user subsequently modifies the reservation, the revised fee shall apply to the user.
However, if the modification only reduces the number of nights and/or rooms reserved, the original fee shall apply.
Article 4 (Reservation Changes, Cancellations, and Prohibition of No-Shows)
- Users who wish to cancel a reservation shall confirm the reservation details through the Company’s “Reservation Inquiry Screen” and proceed with the cancellation process.
However, if the reservation number required for confirmation is lost or the Reservation Confirmation Email did not reach the user for any reason, users shall request reissuance of the Reservation Confirmation Email through the Company’s “Reservation Reissue Screen” and promptly proceed with the cancellation upon receipt.
If the reissued email is not received within the period prescribed by the Company due to any circumstances, the user shall contact the Company through the designated contact point and proceed with the cancellation.
Users shall be liable for any damages incurred by the Company due to failure to follow these procedures. - The cancellation shall be deemed effective at the following points
- If the user cancels via the Internet:
when the “Reservation Cancellation Completed” notice is displayed on the “Reservation Inquiry Screen.” - If the user cancels by contacting the Company directly: when the Company notifies the user of acceptance of the cancellation.
- Other methods: when the Company issues a notice of completion in accordance with the prescribed method.
- If the user cancels via the Internet:

Users shall promptly notify the Company if they are unable to stay on the reserved date and follow the Company’s instructions.
Users who are obligated to pay cancellation fees shall pay the applicable fees in the manner and by the deadline prescribed by the Company. -
The Company may consider a user who fails to appear without prior notice on the reserved date as a no-show and take necessary measures, including suspension of the Reservation Service or legal actions.
Users shall be obligated to pay the applicable cancellation fees in such cases. - Users wishing to modify an existing reservation shall contact the Company directly and promptly complete the modification procedures.
- A reservation modification shall be deemed completed as follows:
- If the user modifies the reservation by contacting the Company directly:
when the Company notifies the user of acceptance of the modification. - Other methods:
when the Company issues a confirmation notice of the modification in accordance with the prescribed method.
- If the user modifies the reservation by contacting the Company directly:
- Depending on the date of the modification, cancellation fees determined by the Company may apply.
Users shall pay any applicable fees in the manner and by the deadline prescribed by the Company. - Even if users do not wish to cancel a reservation, the Company reserves the right to cancel the reservation if it reasonably determines that the reservation may violate laws or regulations or is otherwise inappropriate.
Article 5 (User Obligations)
- Users shall not reproduce, transmit, or make available to third parties, for purposes other than personal use, any information obtained through the Reservation Service without prior consent from the Company.

Users shall pay any required reservation deposits by the deadline specified by the Company.
Failure to pay by the deadline shall not automatically result in cancellation of the reservation. -
If the Company has issued a payment reminder to the user and payment is still not made, or if the Company is unable to contact the user, the Company shall have the right to treat the reservation as a no-show.
However, until the Company notifies the user of cancellation, the reservation shall remain valid. - Users shall fulfill their contracts at their own responsibility and address any inquiries or requests related to accommodation directly to the Company.
- Users shall fully understand and comply with any other conditions or rules separately established by the Company.
- Users shall not engage in any of the following acts when using the Reservation Service:
- Impersonating a third party to send or post information.
- Using the Reservation Service in a manner not approved by the Company.
- Transmitting or posting harmful computer programs, spam emails, chain letters, junk mail, etc.
- Infringing or potentially infringing upon the Company’s or third parties’ copyrights or other intellectual property rights.
- Defaming, slandering, or damaging the reputation of the Company or third parties.
- Publishing information, documents, or images contrary to public order or morals.
- Registering false or incomplete personal information, including name, address, phone number, or email address.
- Failing to pay reservation deposits, cancellation fees, or accommodation fees requested by the Company, for any reason.
- Engaging in violence or other disruptive behavior toward the Company or third parties.
- Making reservations that make it impossible to stay, such as multiple reservations on the same dates.
- Reselling or using reservations for commercial purposes.
- Any other acts that violate or may violate laws and regulations.
- Users shall be fully liable for any damages incurred by the Company or third parties due to violation of the preceding paragraph.
- If the Company cancels a user’s reservation pursuant to Article 6, the user shall pay the applicable cancellation fee.
- Users shall promptly report any complaints regarding the accommodation services to the Company at the time of the occurrence.
- Users who are minors shall obtain consent from their legal guardian to make a reservation.
Misrepresenting age or guardian consent shall not justify cancellation of the act.
Article 6 (Violations of User Obligations)
- If a user violates the obligations in the preceding Article, or if the Company deems the user’s behavior inappropriate for the operation of the Reservation Service, the Company may suspend such behavior, cancel the accommodation contract, suspend the user’s access to the Reservation Service, claim damages, or take other necessary measures, including legal action.
- If the Company reasonably suspects that a user has violated the obligations or deems the user’s behavior otherwise inappropriate, the Company may inquire into the details of such behavior.
Article 7 (Temporary Suspension of the Reservation Service)
The Company may temporarily suspend the operation of the Reservation Service without prior notice to users in the following cases:
- For maintenance or changes to the specifications of the Reservation Service.
- In the event of natural disasters, other emergencies, or risks thereof that make operation of the Reservation Service impossible.
- If the Company determines that temporary suspension is necessary for unavoidable reasons.
